Little Schmidt Productions is a creative studio working across film, television, and digital storytelling. We develop audience-focused concepts, campaigns, and narrative experiences designed to connect strong ideas with culture, craft, and commercial impact.
Our editorial development work supports the shaping of story ideas, script materials, narrative analysis, character development, and project evaluation across a range of formats. We value thoughtful storytelling, strong critical judgement, and a collaborative creative culture built around curiosity, preparation, and craft.
Our internship programme offers practical exposure to a professional studio environment where emerging talent can contribute to active creative workflows while gaining hands-on experience in story development, research, coverage support, and editorial coordination across live project priorities.
