Little Schmidt Productions is a creative studio working across film, television, and digital storytelling. We develop audience-focused concepts, campaigns, and narrative experiences designed to connect strong ideas with culture, craft, and commercial impact.
Our film development team works closely with writers, producers, and creative partners to shape projects from early concept through structured development. We focus on strong narrative foundations, compelling characters, and projects that combine creative ambition with clear audience engagement.
Our internship programme offers practical exposure to a professional studio environment where emerging talent can contribute to development workflows while gaining hands-on experience in research, story evaluation, script materials, and internal development coordination.
