Our marketing and events team drives audience engagement through campaigns, premieres, screenings, promotional activations, and industry-facing events that support our projects and brand presence. We collaborate across creative, production, publicity, and strategic partners to ensure that campaigns are delivered with precision, creativity, and strong operational execution.
As our slate and audience engagement activity continues to expand, we are seeking a Senior Project Management Lead to coordinate the planning and delivery of marketing initiatives and events across multiple projects and promotional cycles.
Summary
We are looking for an experienced project management leader to oversee planning, coordination, and execution across marketing campaigns and studio events. This role requires strong organisational leadership, operational discipline, and the ability to manage complex timelines involving multiple teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
The successful candidate will help translate campaign strategy into structured execution plans, ensuring marketing initiatives and event programmes are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with the studio’s creative and commercial goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead project planning and operational coordination across marketing campaigns, premieres, screenings, and promotional events.
- Develop structured project timelines, milestone plans, and cross-team coordination frameworks.
- Oversee marketing campaign execution from early planning stages through final delivery.
- Coordinate internal teams including creative, publicity, production, and executive leadership.
- Manage communication across vendors, partners, venues, and external collaborators.
- Track deliverables, schedules, approvals, and dependencies across multiple concurrent projects.
- Support event planning including logistics, guest management, production coordination, and event timelines.
- Identify operational risks and proactively resolve scheduling or resource conflicts.
- Ensure project documentation, timelines, and coordination materials remain organised and up to date.
- Help refine operational workflows and improve marketing project management processes across the studio.
Requirements
- Significant experience managing complex projects within marketing, media, entertainment, events, or related industries.
- Strong project management, planning, and organisational leadership skills.
- Experience coordinating campaigns, brand activations, events, or promotional programmes.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines across fast-moving projects.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to align internal teams and external partners.
- High attention to detail and structured approach to operational planning.
- Experience working in collaborative environments involving creative and production teams.
- Confidence managing vendor relationships and event production logistics.
- Strong judgement, problem-solving ability, and calm decision-making under pressure.
- Professional approach to leadership, communication, and project accountability.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in film, entertainment marketing, studio environments, or media companies.
- Background managing premiere events, promotional activations, festivals, or major campaign launches.
- Familiarity with project management tools, scheduling software, and collaborative planning platforms.
- Ability to balance operational structure with creative campaign needs.
